Debra Hartley Memorial Fund

On August 5, 2014, Debra Hartley tragically lost her life when she was thrown from a vehicle after a tire blow out on the Dolly Parton Bridge near Mobile.  The vehicle eventually flipped over the bridge wall and into the water below, leaving Debra's family members and fiance stranded in the water.  This was a horrific accident for all ivolved.

Debra had no burial insurance and her family is of very limited means.  We are trying to raise money for a proper burial for Debra.
