Fibromyalgia's ruining my life

Hello, honestly I don't know where to begin. I just turned 18 and I live in Ohio. In the past few years I've been dealing with a lot of medical problems including Chiari Malformation, which I had surgery for but still causes me pain. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and I've tried so many different medications to help treat the pain and nothing helps in the slightest. My mother and I have decided to move to Hawaii to seek alternative treatment, and because we have a lot of family there that we never get to see. My mother also suffers from fibromyalgia. I'm in pain everyday all day which has effected me to the point that I can't work or drive. I'm tired of the pain. Because of this, I'm stressed and I have anxiety attacks everyday without warning because I just don't know what to do. We don't have health insurance because we can't afford it and we don't qualify for any type of help. Please help us make this move.
