Cosmetology school

Ever since my 9th birthday I have wanted to be in the beauty industry. I have spent countless hours experimenting with makeup, trying different hair styles, and watching informational beauty videos on YouTube. Now my time has come where I have been blessed with an opportunity to attend a cosmetology school near me. Most Cosmo schools cost around $30,000 but I've been blessed to only pay around $15,000. Right now I only have to pay $230 for my first semester and continue to pay as I go. Unfortunately I am already in a tight situation where I am living with someone else and feeding myself pay check to pay check. Once I graduate cosmetology school I would like to spend a couple years focusing only on make-up and working on theatrical makeup. I have been inspired by shows like the walking dead and movies like birdman that makeup in TV/theatre could be a great field to work in. After that I would to work specifically on natural hair for African American. One of my worst memories is going to an all white school school and having my hair be so difficult to work with and stared at and treated completely differently. There are many different styles that have not been explored for African American women and I want to help out young girls that are in the situation that I was once in. Finally, in the final stages of my career I would like to travel to different countries and practice what is called beauty therapy. It was introduced to me that girls in third world countries are going through the worst experiences and while I cannot fix every problem I would like to help as much as possible. This includes females are being victimized by war crimes by rape, famine, etc. Fulfilling this dream I will feel like I've done my part in helping the world. This could all be done if I am able to continue my education in cosmetology. If you would donate as much as you can I would be so appreciative to your donation to my future.
