Help Us Be Good Stewards of Our Earth’s Resources

Electricity costs are extremely high at our Jr./Sr. High School – and are climbing. You can help us cut costs and return the money back to educational purposes.

Through a special LED lighting retrofit program through the LADWP (including a significant rebate), the school will have the ability to cut average monthly costs by approx. $2,000! 

Here are the details:
· The cost to the school for the upgrade is $59,500 
· We’ve already raised $4000
· With the help of those who have a heart for  Christian education and/or environmental sustainability, we will be able to fully fund this project 

Immediate savings on electricty costs, responsible energy use, and increased property values add up to a win-win-win for our students, the community, and the environment!

Concordia Schools Los Angeles (formerly Los Angeles Lutheran High School) is a group of Christian schools in the Greater San Fernando Valley, CA and is an outgrowth of the legacy Los Angeles Lutheran High School.

We have an elementary school in Granada Hills and a Jr./Sr. High School in Sylmar. Our origins and roots are within the Lutheran Church but we have expanded our ministry and outreach to include all Christians – both churched and un-churched – who are seeking an excellent, Christ-centered education that includes small class sizes, individualized and focused attention, and a safe and supportive environment where students are free to be themselves while exploring all academic, athletic, and fine arts opportunities that lead them to a life of purpose and success.
