Thank you to the sponsors of the Safety Fair Egg Hunt because you made a lot of children very, very, HAPPY!
Thank you to IBEW Local 302, Contra Costa Building Trades, Carpenters Local 152 and The Wave Mission Team Inc. and Supervisor Mary Piepho!
Childhood only comes once, so, I wanted to let children know that people in the community care for them and want them to grow up feeling relatively "Safe".
Many of the children said that they were coming next year because they had so much fun. Hearing the comments from children in attendace made the work and efforts to prepare this event so worthwhile!
Children had a good time without worrying about anything and this was the entire purpose of the Safety Fair. I wanted to provide valuable information to parents and I wanted the children to play and just be "children".
Thank you to everyone that participated and to all the the donors that gave contributions on this Go Fund Me Campaign. I am going to focus on next year so if you want to contribute all monies will go towards next years event.
