For a long time I wondered, where to find happiness and decided to start a long journey to find out, thinking maybe someone would have the answer... I asked hundreds of people in my way, what is the reason for their smile? what is the reason for their happiness?... I felt I was born again, and fall in love with life... with the idea of portraying peoples happiness and their stories along my way, my collection of smiles was born, every smile a story, each story a new reason to be happy... I realized that no matter the circumstances of your environment, the traditions of your culture, the color of your skin or the language you speak, a smile connects us, unites us and becomes the universal language...

Then I discovered in gratitude the key to happiness. If we are able to perceive life as a gift, every day we will have a new opportunity to be happy, difficulties and challenges in our path, will be lessons of strength that will allow us to grow and find a meaning in our lives, it is time to wake up and look at the essence of our being, that infinite source of wealth, love and happiness in all of us. That's why I invite you to share the love, celebrate life with a smile on your face and make this world a mirror of your happiness, finding the balance where peace enriches your heart...

I have always felt a special motivation to share my vision of the world through photography, capturing the essence of the moment in a shot and painting with light, different episodes of my life, that's the reason why today I want to share my story...


I live my day to day life with a positive attitude, the smile I have on my face is notorious, I look spontaneously into people’s eyes when talking to them, maybe because I feel the need to connect with every new person I find on my path, enriching my spirit with a smile, opening my heart to the world to share the happiness and the love that feeds my being, it gives my life a purpose...

My idea is to collect smiles that represent ethnic diversity and cultural richness of the 5 continents, where every smile is a story that inspires us to value the essentials.


With the help of your contribution, I could reach more people with this message of hope and love, sowing seeds of gratitude that will germinate in the discovering the key to happiness.

This year my goal is to travel and spread the word in Oceania, Asia and Africa, connecting small communities and sharing this message with schools, institutions and families who open their hearts to live the experience of reconnect with the essence of being, taking a moment to find the answer to the question: What is the reason of your smile, what is the reason of your happiness?

Inviting people to join in this crusade, recruiting new ambassadors of Collecting Smiles in the world to spread the message to their community and ask others to join us to start their own collection of smiles, allowing us to grow and share this message with the world.

What We Need & What You Get

We need funding to cover travel expenses, lodging and meals for 3 months Collecting Smiles in Oceania, Asia and Africa, in addition to the operational costs, coordination and logistics of the project, a remote team to support the community management while I am Collecting Smiles and spreading a positive message to the world. It also will fund the merchandising to be delivered for every contribution you make.

The Impact

The world needs to smile every day, we are confronted with the reality that fills us with negativity, frustration and resentment... we need to find the balance through a project like Collecting Smiles, which is responsible for highlighting the positive aspects of our culture, sharing in ethnic diversity, something in common that binds us in our pursuit of happiness.


I have been able to carry out the first phase of this project independently, but it is time for this idea to go viral and get supported by hearts that vibrate with positive energy, multiplying the force of this beat with one goal, spreading joy through the stories of achievement and effort of people who have managed to smile at life despite the adversity in their way.
