The "GIVE 3 TO CODE 3" Campaign

Numerous scientific studies have shown that cancer strikes firefighters at an alarmingly higher rate than the general population due to the toxins to which they are exposed in the line of duty as they risk their lives to save others.

The Code 3 for a Cure Foundation (www.c3fac.org) is a national nonprofit 501(c)3 public charity established in 2008 which addresses firefighter cancer. Founded by a firefighter who has fought three different types of cancer and led by an eight-member Board of Directors, its main purpose is to provide financial assistance to firefighters (whether active or retired and whether salaried, paid call, or volunteer) across the United States who are battling cancer and facing a financial hardship.

With your kind support, Code 3 for a Cure will be able to reach its long-time starting goal of $625,000, and can more effectively operate and issue funds to firefighters in  need who are stricken with cancer.
