Ice Cream for Children's

Help us give ice cream to kids in Children's Hospital.
A few weeks ago I was contacted to see if we'd like to accept a donation in order to pedal around giving away free ice cream. (What an amazing email to wake up to, right? Thanks you know who!)
My first thought was Children's Hospital. Not only are hospitals scary, but being in one on summer vacation is the pits! Would you please consider helping us bring a little summer joy to everyone there?
It's taken some time but we've been given the ok to bring 2 bikes there on Wednesday August 13th at 2pm. The hospital is going to provide each of us an escort and bring us to every floor where we'll give free ice cream to everybody.. patients, their families & friends, and staff.
There's no way to know exactly how many people will be there, but will be in the 500-750 range. I expect this to cost around $400 including paying one of my riders for their time doing this with me. I am not taking any profit from this. Should donations exceed what we're able to give then I will ask, via our www.facebook.com/creamcycle page, for suggestions on other kid-centric venues to surprise.
My dream would be to make this a yearly event. One that I'm personally able to fund as this small business grows.
