We've seen first hand how frustrating it is for veterans who return to civilian life and don't understand why they aren't fitting into the society they put thier lives on the line to defend. That would be like you waking up in your own bed and feeling like everyone you once knew are now strangers you can't relate to and who don't understand what you're going through.
It would be like you were invisible, which is what over 90% of veterans are. These aren't the homeless or PTSD vets that you see in media coverage. They are the people you pass by on the street or see in the grocery store who don't tell you they're veterans and are struggling to find and hold jobs.
It's not that they are too proud to ask for help, it's just what their military training has lead them to do. There are many challenges associated with a successful transition from warrior to workforce but there is no reason for it to get to the point that the veteran should assume that they are the problem and turn to drugs and alcohol.
Why is it so hard for so many to transition successfully from military to civilian life? There are 3 major problems that have to be addressed:
- Bad Memories
Some veterans may have had intense negative expereinces that prevent them from moving forward into thier civilian life career. If left unhandled these can lead them down the path of drugs and alcohol abuse or even homelessness.
- No plan for tomorrow
Their military training has taught them to live in the moment because a single signature could send them to a place they may never return alive from. That mentality served them well in the military but has very negative consequences with regards their long term success in the cilivian world.
- Living in a profit centered world instead of a mission oriented one
The military instills in soldiers that everyone else comes before them as an individual. This is why veterans are familiar with self-sacrifice when it comes to the guys beside them and completing the mission. Without proper guidance it can be difficult how to understand a world where people may be more willing to sacrifice other people before themselves.
Our 4-week class goes far beyond any TAP or social media training currently available to veterans.

- Neutralizing the power of bad memories
- Formulating life goals and strategies
- Designing a long term career plan
- Identifying and highlighting transferable skillsets
- Developing 'Hidden Market' job search skills
- How to use a job board effectively
- Mining job openings with LinkedIn and Twitter
- Personality, interest, and skills assessment
- Guerrilla interviewing techniques and tactics

The normal price for this training program is $1,200 per student. However, we've been able to negotiate a 50% discounted price of only $600. With your scholarship contribution, the cost to the veteran will be reduced to only $100!
