Fix Abbie's Teeth

Abbie has PFAPA.  PFAPA is Periodic fever adenitis pharyngitis aphthous and causes fevers each month lasting about a week and reaching very high temperatures.  Abbie is now five but has suffered with PFAPA since she was four months old.  These fevers stripped her baby teeth of their enamel resulting in very weak teeth.  Cavities have riddled her teeth resulting in the loss of three teeth.  All but two teeth now need to be capped to prevent her losing all of her teeth and those remaining two need fillings.  This will result in a bill of $5,000 to save her teeth.  Please help us as we fix Abbie's teeth.
