Chez Parabole Flipside Fundraiser

Hello, we are the restaurant of Chez Parabolé. We are a group of individuals that enjoy sharing our passion for food and the fine dining experience with others.

With this motivation, we were inspired to bring our restaurant idea out to Flipside 2014 for the first time, cooking multi-course meals for our burner friends and family. The restaurant was warmly received by the community and we have had several requests to bring it back to Flipside 2015.

The costs of bringing a fine dining experience to the burn are considerable, and this is where you can help. We need funds to assist with food, wine and other supply costs, as well as updating our sous vide cooking devices

Any amount that you can donate, big or small, is greatly appreciated and will go a long way to helping us bring our upscale dining experience out to Flipside for our second consecutive year. We thank you all for your support!
