Medical bills

I am a single mom with 3 kids. I have a judgement against me by Sentara. I have Crohn's disease and so does one of my sons. I have no insurance and can't afford it. I can barely make ends meet. I have court in a few weeks. They could garnish my wages or put a lien on my home. I can't hardly feed my kids let alone pay this judgement. I really need help and asking is not easy for me. I would really truly appreciate any help that I can get so that I don't have my wages garnished or a lien put on my home.
