Get Jacob to Johns Hopkins.

Jacob is a 14 year old boy in the 8th grade. We have been working on a full diagnosis of Loeys-Dietz Syndrome (LDS) since the 3rd grade. LDS is a connective tissue disorder. You can learn more about LDS by visiting the website www.loeysdietz.org. Jacob can not participate in sports and that's all he wants. The only way to get the answers we need for Jacob is to get him to a specialist, Dr Dietz at JH.
Being a family of 6 this is an expensive trip. We haven't been able to get him there yet! All 4 of our children are cardiac patients at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Mom also has cardiomyopathy and the medical expenses for all the trips, appointments, and medications add up. We are not ones to ask for help but this is important for our son. We appreciate your help and prayers. Please help get Jacob get the answers he needs!
