Stefwiches Veg Fest Funding

I've been hesistant to use crowd-funding for events, but at the insistence/suggestion of friends/folks, I'm going to try this out because being at DC Veg Fest would be huge for me & Stefwiches. Last year I was able to be a part of the event working with Beyond Meat in a sampling only capacity. After seeing how many people I could reach and how much delicious vegan food I could sell, I know this would be a great opportunity & need to make it happen.
In order to be a sell Stefwiches, I need to go into Veg Fest under a restaurant vendor license as my food is made to order, not pre packaged. This is tough for a one woman operation (as i'm not actually a restaurant), but I'm determined to get together insurance stuff, cooking equipment, fees & ha, obviously food to make this a success [Fee: $500/650, food costs for approx 1000 orders, a new steam tray for keeping stefwiches HOT]
Despite being a purely plant-based business, I stand behind the food I make and want to be able to share it with vegans & non-vegans alike. I think I have plenty of supporters that will back that up! Anything ya'll can donate will help me a ton <3 Much love!
