All cats and kittens are cared for by our team of volunteers in their own homes.
Cats R Us
A cat and kitten rescue based in North East England UK Registered Charity Number 1158022 dedicated to the welfare, care, treatment and rehabilitation of stray
cats and Kittens.
Cats R Us was founded in 1994 and in 1998 won the right to keep their name when Toys R Us threatened legal action.
Cats R Us works alongside National Charities and many small individual rescues to help as many Stray, Feral, Street Cats as possible.
Without any government funding Cats R Us relies entirely on donations and funds they raise through various fundraising activities throughout
the year.
Donations can be dropped off at our fundraising store in person or people can visit our Website www.catsrus.org.uk to make online donations and for details of our work.
Cats R Us Fundraising Store is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10 am till 2pm tucked away in one of the old Astraka/Calsonic offices at South West Durham Business Centre , Dabble Duck, Shildon DL4 2QN
We are currently bursting at the seems with unwanted kittens and cats and desperately need support both in adopting and donating.
We are always in need of saleable items to help us raise funds, Cat food and donations can also be dropped of at the Hub.

We don't have a re homing Centre, all cats/kittens are cared for by Volunteers who all work tirelessly and together as a team to ensure the best outcome for each and every cat we help.
We have to raise funds to cover the cost of helping all our cats and kittens, costs are high and funds are always low, more and more homeless and abandoned cats need our help - could you help us to help them?
