Caring for Caitlin

On the evening of November 11, 2015, fifteen-year-old Caitlin was struck by a car while crossing the street in Beverly, MA. She suffered massive trauma to her face.
Caitlin is currently in the ICU at Boston Children's Hospital, where she is receiving treatment for her injuries. The doctors report that Caitlin is going to be OK, but she has a very long road ahead of her. There will be many surgeries, and an extended period of time in the hospital.
Caitlin's mother, Meghan, has not left her daughter's side since the accident. Meghan is a single mother who has overcome incredible odds. She survived a childhood involving "the system" to become a college graduate with a full time job.
Meghan works hard and still struggles financially. She will lose most of her income while caring for her daughter. We can't let that happen! The Holidays are approaching, and together we can bring this family some security - and maybe even a little cheer.
I am a friend of Meghan's from Clay Dreaming Pottery Studio. I am also an attorney at law. I am constantly inspired by Meghan's talent, sprit and class. I've also had the privilege of getting to know Caitlin, who is an all-around great kid. She's a freshman at Essex Technical High School, where she excels at Math and Science.
All money received is deposited directly into a TD Bank account created exclusively to help with expenses related to Caitlin's care. No donation is too small - every little bit helps. Let's see what we can do to help these two amazing women in their time of need.
