We came across a disturbing story from the Guardian Newspaper about a young lady being denied EI benefits. http://www.theguardian.pe.ca/News/Local/2013-01-13/article-3155656/Islander-without-transportation-denied-EI-benefits/1

So, this is an online campaign to raise some money to buy Marlene a car so she can travel from Montague to Charlottetown, #car4Marlene. 


We believe that with a few good people (50) donating 20 or more a piece, we can get Marlene a cheap but functional car to solve her problems.
