Help Sweet Sophie!

Well, I've never done one of these before and desperately wish I didn't have to now because this means my bestfriend for the past 10 years isn't doing well.
Within the past week Sophie's joints have started swelling up,shes having a hard time walking. She is starting to eat less and has developed several lumps on her body over the past few months and they've only grown larger and larger. I can tell she is in pain.
I desperately need to get her into a vet to address multiple issues hurting my sweet girl but have no money,no credit cards to do so.
I need to be able to provide relief to her... So,this is where you guys come in. Any donation size is a step forward for sweet Sophie. All donations will take care of her getting into see a vet,diagnostic work,medications for her arthritis,and whatever else is called for to be done.
She has remained the most loyal and loving individual in my life for the past 10 years and now I need to give that back to her and more. PLEASE HELP ME HELP SOPHIE <3
