Choral Music for Palatka High School

Hello, My name is Beth Frank, some of you know me with the last name Walsh but I got married last year..:) I am the director of a volunteer after school program at Palatka high school in Florida for a group called Vocal Point. The group consists of 26 students that range from 9th to 12th grades. We are a volunteer group because Palatka high school does not offer a choir class or choral music of any kind. We will possibly be larger this year with the upcoming 9th graders.There is a huge interest in music and choir and I feel this group gives the students a chance to participate and learn. The problem I face is we have no funding whatsoever for music, outfits, or anything that goes with a choral class. I would even like to possibly buy a real piano for the 6th grade overturf auditorium if we could raise enough money. Right now we only have an electric keyboard. So, those of you that have participated in choral music and understand how wonderful it is and important please donate to a great cause. The person that donates the most will get a free concert anywhere if your in Palatka, if not we will do a concert and video tape it and send it to you or possibly set up a skype conference call so you can see us.
