Help an MS patient with medical bills!

So, Here's our story:
I'm Dave, and the nice lady you see pictured with me is my girlfriend Jenna. Two years ago, Jenna was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis(MS), and though she tried her best, she had to leave work in February. This placed a great financial burden on the both of us. I am currently unemployed, and as some of you may know being unemployed is a full time unpaid job that you can't quit. I'm caught in the "need experience to get hired/ can't get experience without work" trap. On top of this, Jenna has racked up some hefty medical bills over the past two years, with countless doctor visits and bouncing between different treatments. Though she put what she could into paying them off, she was unable to by the time she was forced to quit work.
As a student, I do get financial aid. This only covers so much, with the rising price of books and other essentials. I'm usually covering bills, gas AND food on credit cards, and for some time was able to get a little help from my father, a disabled veteran. His meager monthly paycheck has to go to making sure he and I don't end up homeless.
Now that's not me preying on your emotions here, but thats the situation. I take care of my disabled veteran father, my girlfriend is now disabled, and I have no job. The walls are closing in and I am royally boned. Hopefully, some angel of monetary mercy comes along and can bail me out of this bind.
With this 7000 I can and will:
Pay off all of our debt, which is around $4,500.
Fix our car, which has an estimated $1500 in work needed.
Use the leftover funds to cover gas, food, and utility bills for at least a month, allowing me to save what financial aid I bring to be put towards future bills. Essentially, getting my girlfriend and I back on our feet while I attempt to find employment.
