Help a Young Transwoman

I am a young transwoman being seperated from the military and have nowhere to go. I will be recieving partial benefits, but I'll need some help getting back on my feet, such as finding a job, getting a car and an apartment. All I'm asking for is a little help. Please and Thank you in advance!
