Piper's Heart Valve Surgery

This is Piper. She is a sweet, 7-month Basenji mix puppy who was recently rescued by Rocket Dog Rescue and adopted by my friend, Nicole.  Piper needs heart surgery.  She has a heart murmur that rates a 4 out of 6 on the scale.  The surgery will cost $4,000.  It is a correctable condition with surgery.  Without the surgery, Piper's condition is considered "guarded" and will lead to congestive heart failure.  Any and all donations will be kindly appreciated!  Thank you for taking the time to read this.  If you would like detailed information on her medical records, I can make them available.
