Support Vanessa on her medical need

Hi EVERYONE. I have been trying to have chest reconstruction surgery. But it has seemed near impossible, even more now with a child It is even harder to attempt to save any money. But in response it has caused me to have a lot of dysphoria attacks. This has had me very edgy lately, not letting me focus & sometimes sleep. It has also caused a lot of insecurity & depression. Not sure what to do. My supervisor suggested this, as a way to get help. So I decided to give it a try, so I did. We all have our struggles & this is mine...

I am a 30 year old, Puerto Rican Transgender Woman. I currently live in NYC & I am an Acitvist & Advocate. I am also a counselor for the New York City Anti-Violence Project.
