St. Luke's Episcopal Church
Donation protected
Greetings from St. Luke's Episcopal Church
111 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 06511.
St. Luke's is one of the oldest Black Episcopal Churches in the country, and we are celebrating our 170th anniversary! We are inviting you to join us for our 170th anniversary fundraising Gala on August 15th, 2014 at Cascade Banquet Facility in Hamden, Ct. The tickets are $85 per person.
We are seeking donations of support for our Church's Capital Fund. The donations and proceeds from the Gala will go towards our building maintenance. A landmark in new Haven since 1844, St. Luke's Church and Parish building has been a source of strength and outreach services for our community. Our building currently requires repair to our plumbing, electrical & heating systems along with general upkeep of the buildings, in order to continue to provide ministry and service to the community.
Former members and friends of St. Luke's, I encourage you to consider donating to this worthy cause!
Thank you in advance and God Bless You,
The 170th Anniversary Committee
