Honduras Mission Trip

Hey y'all! First, I already want to say thank you - even if you don't have the means to make a donation, I appreciate your interest and support more than anything. And if you have no idea what this is about, well, let me explain.
So, November 1st through November 8th I’ll be traveling to Honduras with other young adults from my church. A lot of them are my really close friends, which makes the trip even more exciting. We will be reaching out to the community in Comayagua, an area in Honduras where my church actually has a ministry now! We will be taking part in construction projects, water filter installations, and demonstrating the love of Jesus by teaching families and spending time with them. Not only that, but I may even get to visit a coffee farm, and for those of you who know of my love and interest in coffee, you can only imagine how excited I am about that.
I really believe God has led me to this exciting opportunity, but I need to work hard to make it happen – and I would be so thankful for your support! My fellow travel companions and I ask for your prayers that God will prepare us for our visit and bless our efforts. We could also use your prayers to help us meet the financial requirements of our mission trip. We each need to raise $1,875 in order to make this trip, and that is quite a challenge (especially considering that most of us are broke college kids). I would be so grateful if you would consider supporting me with your prayers and maybe even a small donation. Your donations would be going towards my transportation, airfare, lodging, immunizations, the projects I'll be completing with my team, etc. My first payment is due by July 27th. Any amount will help! And your donation is tax deductible, whatever that means… ;)
Again, I can't even explain how excited I am for this trip. Although I am going there to help others, I have a feeling they're going to be doing a lot more for me than I will be doing for them.
