Restoring a Stolen Dream

My husband is a combat wounded vet, and we became truck drivers after he retired from the military. After 15 years as company drivers we had finally saved enough to buy our dream truck...a 2004 peterbilt 379. We used all of our savings for a down payment and financed the rest. Everything about the truck had to do with commemorating my husband's military service from the color, to the name, even the truck number. Our lives and dreams were shattered 6 months later on July 3rd while spending the Independence day weekend in a hotel visiting our son who is also a combat wounded veteran, our truck was stolen from the hotel parking lot along with all our possessions inside. Without serious assistance we have no way to replace our truck. That is how we make our living.
