Help Rocco get treatment for heart worms

Hey y'all my dog is named Rocco and he is the sweetest dog in the world. He is always there to help me out and make me feel better. I love him with all of my heart I can't deal with the idea of possibly loosing him. He is my life and best friend. My poor boy is heart worm, Lyme disease, and has a possible tumor on his lip. I'm asking for help with his heart worm treatment. He is my life and everything. All money donated will go to him and any extra will be donated to the local animal shelter.
