We need £3000 to complete the funding requirement for our new stand to enable us to stay in our current division. This is a BOGOF offer as the funds we raise will be matched by the FA!
- We are a proud community football club in the heart of Staffordshire and recently celebrated our 75 year anniversary.
- We have recently reached our highest position in the non-league football pyramid in the Midland Football League Premier Division, the dizzying heights of Step 5. However, in order to remain at this level, we must raise around £40,000 to improve our ground to the required safety levels.
- Much of this money has been donated, raised, won through prize money in recent cup competitions or via sponsorship, but now we need the last push of £3,000 to reach our target by 31st March.
- Our current ground, Silkmore Lane, won the Step 5 Groundsman of the Yeay award in 2012/13 and highly commended last year. This is our 7th season at the ground, and whilst excellent work has happened, we now need another 100 seater stand to keep us in the league. Our ground is often used by local leagues and Staffordshire FA as their location for showcase finals.
The funding will be match-funded by the FA so every pound we receive will include gift aid and be doubled
to allow us to reach our grand target.
