Bring Jerrad Home

The newest member of our family, Jerrad Wood-Lee, was illegally removed from Oklahoma & placed in a foster home without his father's consent or knowledge that he had even been born. Jerrad was transported from Oklahoma to California after a lengthy stay at the NICU in Norman, Oklahoma was also hidden from his father, Justin Wood-Lee.

We have an upcoming hearing in California coming this Tues. Oct. 29th 2013. Then another hearing is scheduled, back in Oklahoma, for Nov. 1st. We have been advised to appear at both court dates.
So, We need to get back to Oklahoma in time to be in Court, on Friday, Nov. 1st, for our paternity hearing.

Jerrad was moved over state lines to be adopted, illegally.

We need help in trying to Stop this adoption from being pushed through in California, & bring him home. They have already attempted to terminate Justin Wood-Lee's rights in California, after allowing him to visit and bond with his child. It is outrageous.

We are in the process of Appeals, as well as trying to establish paternity rights in our home state of Oklahoma. We are in desperate need of funds for both, travel and legal expenses.

We appreciate any help you can lend in helping us reach our goal to secure the funds Needed, to make it Possible for us to continue to show up, and be there, and continue to keep going until we Bring Jerrad Home.
