Branches Building DownPayment

Branches is a faith-based, non-profit counseling center started in 2007 by Mike Courtney and Chonda Pierce. The center deals with emotional and behavioral issues of all kinds, especially depression and anxiety, and never turns anyone away because of an inability to pay. Branches has grown from 1 counselor and 1 office in 2007 to nearly 20 counselors in 5 different locations and 2 states. We see nearly 800 people each month and gave away $384,000 in counseling last year.

Branches has been renting from the very beginning and has outgrown our current main office in every way. We have the opportunity to purchase a 4900SF facility with great growth potential, 36 parking places, and a beautiful, safe feeling location. The cost of the building is $415,000. We are raising $200,000 in cash with a potential matching grant from a charitable foundation. We are asking our GoFundMe investors to donate $50,000. We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
