Help me save my home!

So several years ago, my husband and his two sisters inherted the house that me and my husband live in now. Now, this house is older and needed work to begin with. About 4 years ago, me and my husband moved in to try and take care of the place. Several months later, the middle sister wanted to move in. After some drama, we were forced to move out.

Now 3 and a half years later, my sister-in-law moved out (cause she was pregnant and couldn't afford to fix anything in the house) and wanted to sell the place. Now, me and my husband wanted to have our own place again and offered to try and take care of it. Well 6 months later, we cannot pay the property taxes since we've been trying to catch up bills (which were left behind; including the taxes) and trying to fix up the outside of the house so that the city doesn't fine us. Due to my sister-in-laws delinquency, the taxes got up to 6500 plus a 10% tax for being late.

So now, we only have about two months to collect up some money to pay something on the taxes or the house gets forclosed on. We were hoping that someone could help us and found out that this might be the only way to save the house! We've tried every other option that we could think of and nothing has worked! I don't want us to loose this house, but even our families can't help... Any help would be appreciated!!
