Empower children & good health

We have done volunteer work at a local Community Center teaching Tai Chi and Qigong to people in the later years of their lives and on fixed incomes. These students have reported lowered blood pressure, improved core strength, stronger mental faculties and more using our program.
In addition, we teach self defense for confidence, better health and self discipline to all ages from 5 on up. It is more important to us as a family run business to make training available to everyone who wants it rather than simply a means to earn money. We keep the expenses at a minium. All equipment is given to students at our cost and sometimes at a loss to make sure they have what they need.
We've run out of space to teach and help these wonderful people. More space is being donated and here's where we need your help. Protective mats/gear, balance bars, repairs and painting needs to be done in order to make this space safe and useable for our students.
I have wholesale accounts with distributors and put every cent I can into improving the learning environment for our students. With this new space, we will have room to help even more people of all ages.
Seeing these incredible people regain lost balance, flexibility and health is what gets me through the day. And, for some, it's the only social interaction they get for the week.
My teacher used to say that many hands make light work. That's the case here where I'm asking for your assistance. None of your donations will go into my pocket. Everything goes into making a safe place in our Community for people to learn and heal. For children to grow in confidence, integrity and respect. A chance for them to unplug from the electronic world and learn the value of face to face human connectivity!
