This is my incredible girlfriend. Her name is Hope and she is the source of all of my happiness. She has a terrible chronic illness called dysautonomia. For those that don’t know what it is, it makes her incredibly sick every single day. She throws up and faints and has seizures very frequently and it’s taking a major toll on her physical and mental state. We just recently discovered that she has a cerebral contusion. Her brain is bleeding and swelling and it is life threatening. Neither of us have the money for a neurosurgeon and she needs one soon. I’m asking for your help.
