help Jake get home

As most of you know my brother Jake came to NY to help me with taking care of our sister(Charity) after her tragic accident which left her with a traumatic brain injury. She has been through rehabilitation then back in critical care and is currently in a nursing facility for TBI patients. Jake was here for just over a month and for this time he made my life easier. He helped in anyway he could it was amazing having someone from my family here byy side. Unfortunately our family suffered the unbelievable. Jake was swimming with one of my best friends (Ashley) when he slipped and fell on some rocks in shallow water. There was no cell phone service so Ashley and her friend had to flag down a boat to call 911. Jake suffered from a severe spinal cord injury and is currently paralyzed. Jake is aCanadian citizen with no insurance and can't be transferred to a rehab facility here in the usa. We had hoped he would be cleared medically to be able to fly home to Canada but unfortunately he is in need of a medical transfer. After 2 tragic accidents in less than 4 months my family does not have the means to pay the medical transfer costs. Please help my brother get home where he can have the support he needs to better. Thank you!!
