Gaining Stability

Recently I have been stressing out a lot about still living at home with dear old Dad. I put up with a lot of pressure by continuing to live with him. I live as basically his live in maid. He refuses to cook 75% of the time, and I do 90% of the cleaning around the house. If I do not do them I have to deal with him complaining about it, or yelling. That is not a good environment to live in.

I can afford to live with a room mate, and have an interview for a second job, which will make it even more affordable. I just don't have enough money for my full end of the deposit. We are moving into an apartment on October 1st, and starting out with almost no furniture. We'd like to make this to be our home for the next few years if possible, but I need a little help.
