Celebrating Halloween when you have diabetes can be tricky. What better way to celebrate than having a roller skating costume party.
Our goals are simple:
1. Create a fun and safe activity for Diabetics and their families.
2. Link other Diabetic families together for support and guidance.
3. Provide a free event for Diabetic families (even with insurance Diabetes is very expensive).
4. Have fun!!!
This event is geared towards families with a T1D children, but all Diabetics are welcome.
Our goal is to raise a minimum of $900.00 for up to 200 skaters. The more money we raise the more family and friends we can invite. The first $175 raised will secure a date at a local roller skating rink.
