Spinal fusion surgery for my daughter

Hello my name is Candice Bainbridge. My daughter Persephone Bainbridge was diagnosed with adolesnce Idiopathic Scoliosis. The curve in her back is at a 65 degree angle. She is in pain LOT OF THE TIME. she was referred to a children's hospital and once she was scene they said that it very important that my daughter have a surgery "Spinal Fusion" to help correct the spine, because if not treated she could become permanently disabled. Of course me being a mother and having so many concerns over my baby having a major back surgery at the age of 13 scares me so bad. he reassured me that his success rate is 97 %.It made me feel just a little better, but my daughter of course is very frightened. I was explained that the surgery itself is paid for, but medications, rehabilitation, accommodations at home such as a bed that she can comfortably get in and out of, gas, food and lodging from going to and from Shreveport after surgery is my responsibility, wheel chair, walker. these services that are paid for is only for the surgery, all other expenses are in another state I will have to pay out of pocket. her recovery is 9 to 12 months. she will not be able to do any kind of activity, like running, jumping, or playing with her bestfriend "her Dog ACE BOY". The nurse told me her prescriptions will be a controlled narcotic that she will have to take for at least three months, and those medications are very expensive. due to laws, those kind of medications cannot be called over state lines which means they have to be filled at a pharmacy in Shreveport and paid for out of pocket. I have all the paperwork proving what I am saying is true. God knows I need the help. I'm so scared for my baby!! if there is help out there I was told this is the place for it. the money will go towards my daughters needs, and a home for my family. this is a very very urgent matter and the situation is dire. We have to be at the children's hospital on October 28th, 2020 @ 9:00 am for admittance, and on October 29th, she will have her surgery. she will be back there for 4 to 5 hours, and post surgery she will be in the hospital for 5 days.
