Autumn Cross-Canada Bike Trip

As you read this, I'm on my bike in Canada or in the US, heading West from Montreal.  I decided to make it my challenge to bike to the Rockies during the fall to see the trees change colors, the winds blow and the sun shine, but mostly to see new faces around a cup of tea and talk about the world at large.  

I wanted to have a cause behind this project and have been thinking about it quite a bit in the first three weeks of this trip.  I realized that I'm lucky to have been raised to enjoy moving around.  I love biking so much and I thrive at biking across a country, but doing sport is easy and fun.  And that's what I want to promote: moving around, year-round.  

This is the message I want people understand from my trip: doing sport is easy, just do something fun that gets you walking, swimming, jumping.
