Biking It For Jade

For the first time ever (as far as we know) three charity groups are joining forces to run this fundraising event in aid of Jade.
North Wicklow Motorcycle Enthusiasts will be joined by The ICA Bike Run and the Ali Byrne Memorial Run to combine our experience to organise one amazing run for this incredible young lady.
The date and time are as follows:
SUNDAY 28th October 2018.
Sign on from 10am.
Departing for a short ride-out at 12pm sharp.
Meeting place: Coffee Delights, IDA Business Park, Southern Cross Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
We already have the ball rolling with spot prizes coming in, and would appreciate hugely if there was anything any of you could donate to help raise funds for this special lady.

Jade McCann is a 23 year old girl from Co. Wicklow and is currently fighting incurable stage IV leiomyosarcoma cancer. Leiomyosarcoma is an extremely rare cancer and due to its unpredictable nature, there is very little known about it and no cure. Jade plans to challenge this by seeking treatment abroad and fighting back in the hopes that, although it may not be curable, it can be treated and a comfortable standard of living maintained for as long as possible. We are currently seeking second opinions abroad. The aim of the treatment plan, although undecided yet, is to keep Jade as well as we can for as long as we can.
