Fund BIE Networks Streaming Media

In 1989,  while attending college, I ran out of funds to educate myself.  The institution that I was attending had a 'Student Work-Study Program' which encompass the University's Radio Station. While performing my work- study, I discovered that my niche was in Communications. That Summer, I went home from School and told my now late Father I wanted to own a Radio Station that touch People's Lives in a positive way, he encouraged me to go for it. Well, 26 years later with advancements in Technology, streaming media makes that dream a reality.  But, I need your support in building the network to promote small to medium sized business, as well as, non-profit organizations. This particular platform would promote the American Dream.  I've already started the process by developing a web site, but to maintian this project requires funding.
