Hello, I didn't want to set up one of these things, because I felt I could do this by myself. For those who don't know, my Father had open heart surgery and a valve replacement in March and I felt I was pretty good with keeping up with the copays, but we're still being billed for appointments relating to the doctor(s) that are draining me and not allowing me to save money. It is very difficult to buy groceries and our fridge+ is about ready to go. I don't want anything fancy just one that will keep the food cold. I hope there are some kind souls who will help. I put two thousand for the goal amount because I needed a base figure. I am also responsible for putting gas in my Father's car because that takes me to work. He is on a fixed income and by mid-month his money is gone. I can't say I am more deserving than anyone else, because, I'm not. Most people who put these Go Fund Me pages up have their legitimate reasons for doing so. It is becoming very difficult for me to do this alone. I need help and I'm not afraid to admit it. Thank you.

P.S. This page is ONLY in regards to doctor bills, appliances*, and gas for the car.

*We do need a new stove+, but that's a long way off, as we mainly use the microwave and indoor/outdoor grill.

+The fridge was a gift from a friend who gave us her old one,
when she got another. It has lasted for about a year.
