David Loggins-McDaniel is a 18 year old student hoping to pursue a medical career at the University of California-Santa Cruz (UCSC). Unfortunately due to familial hardships and economic struggles he is unable to fully pay for his tuition.
This gofundme is to help this intellectual individual attend school without the stress and worry that comes with being a student in debt.
David, or as he was known in high school Jaire had an esteemed run throughout his high school career. Graduating with a 4.2 GPA Jaire was involved in numerous school activites. Including but not limited to Varsity Track as a 100m sprinter. Being a well known member of the Choir, even contributing his voice to numerous musicals such as The Wiz and Little Shop of Horrors.
But even with being involved in the arts and sports fields of the high school experience he was even better known as an excellent AP Scholar Student.
He was involved with the California Scholarship Foundation and even gained recognition for his exemplinary scores in AP Classes, such as A.P. US History, A.P. Environmental Science, A.P. Macroeconomics, and A.P. Statistics.
Jaire was a well liked student and made such an excellent impression not only on the students, but to the staff as well. He was involved in numerous clubs and activites, even to the extent of being crowned Mr. Swimsuit in the Mr. Puma competition at his high school.
Jaire is a prime example of how being involved with your community helps you grow into yourself as a person. He went from a simple freshman in high school, trying to find his roots, to being one of the most well-known scholars on his campus.
