Dream Celtic Wedding for disabled couple

We are a disabled couple living on a fixed income. We decided to get married in March of next year 2015. We are planning a Celtic theme for our nuptials and want to have a once in a lifetime dream wedding and honeymoon. Gene is a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD from the first Gulf war and Pam is a permanently disabled woman suffering from Chrohns disease. Please help us make our dreams come true.
