Dear Friends and Beloved Mortal Enemies of Norbert/Yarlawion,
A small group of caring conspirators humbly requests your
support to bring smiles back to a lovely person's face.
A very good friend to many, Norbert, known to many as Senior Guide Yarlawion is suffering from an evil illness .
After almost 2 years of fighting against this doom, we hope to help him find some distraction and joy.
Norbert has been a passionate EverQuest player from day 1,
and while he was still healthy, he traveled a lot to SOE Live Events in the US to support the Volunteer Guide Program, participating in LiveQuests and general mayhem, gleefully tormenting all who were not Dark Elves.
This August, from the 14th to the 17th, SOE helds a Fan Faire in Las Vegas, and we think a dream will come true if we could gather the money for his flight.
To this point, he has been unsure whether he would be good enough health to fly to the US, so we were unable to book further in advance.
Now it is roughly 4 weeks time until SOE Live in Las Vegas. You probably know that 4 weeks ahead, a flight is way more expensive than booking it 6 months ahead (Atm the flight costs are approximately EUR 1.300)
So we, the loyal friends and respected nemeses of Norbert, respectfully ask you to donate 1 EUR, 10 EUR, 15 EUR - ANYTHING so we can book his personal flight to bring him some joy back and help him forget the ongoing battles in his life for one glorious weekend.
