Cancer Biopsy for Adele

This is a collection for one of our regulars and Perk Family
A bubbly, sassy, single mothers of 3 boys, Adele was recently diagnosed with cancer. She works full time and has insurance, but for some inexplicably wretched reason, the insurance won't pay for the next step in treatment. The biopsy is pivotal in deciding how best to treat her cancer. Without it she stays in limbo allowing the cancer to progress further, and such a sum is very hard for her to come up with quickly on her own.
So Sallie and I are setting up this collection for her :-). Please give what you can, and we will quickly pass it on to her. If it's easier for you to contribute in person, we will also have a collection jar at Perk and you can contribute there.
