Save our home

I'm writing this message in hopes that somebody will help my current situation. I am currently living in Chino Valley Arizona with my wife and two children. We entered into a lease purchase a year and a half ago putting $5000 cash down and paying 700 rent with an additional hundred dollars a month towards the down.Our credit wasn't exactly where it needed to be at the time so we were given a certain amount of time to sign and raise our credit to put the home loan in our name. My landlord has recently called me and told me that my credit hasn't moved fast enough and I wil be an eligible to sign on my loan. Then she called me back and said since you're unable to sign on your loan Mr Smith would you be willing to move earlier. I said I cannot do that children in school this is where I work plus I have nowhere to go and I have given all my money to you. She then called me back and informed me that in February I was 5 days late on one of my payments which entitled her to a late feet which I forgot about. Because I forgot about that 50 it was 2 months late therefore she says I'm in breach of contract. I did everything in my power to talk to her and ask for some good graces to at least let me live out my contract while I find a place for my family to live but she said business is business. So now here I am broke working a fulltime job trying to pay $800 a month rent and figure out how I can save to move and my landlord only giving me 30 days to do so. The reason I'm on this website is what she would call this a  hell Mary I'm hoping that maybe by the grace of God somebody will read this and donate $83000 that I can hand over to my landlord and purchase my house so that my kids can I have a nice stable environment to live. Otherwise I'll be forced to move and I'm not sure how we're going to do it we have very limited income. If we do end up having to leave our home and move I will keep my head up high I will continue pay my credit and raise it so that I can purchase on home for my family but in the meantime if we can raise the money great whatever money we do raise if its not enough to pay for the House will surely use it towards moving into another location. I know there's a lot of people out there in the world and need money for alot more or better reasons than I some are homeless and don't have a place to live some starving or maybe don't have clothes. I have a full time job that I can prove to anyone who wants to know in this town that I live in I've been there for 5 years I'm willing to pay back anybody that is wanting to help my family and I stay in are home or at the very least help us to relocate to a new home while we continue to work on our credit so that 1 day we can purchase a house outright.
