Christines Medical and Recovery Expenses

My name is Niki Militello. My best friend Christine Galgano has been suffering with Mixed Connective Tissue Disease since October 2013. Christine is someone who was always very active and healthy. She played soccer her whole life, as a child all the way up through college for Suny New Paltz. And most recently (before diagnosis) became a CrossFit athlete. 
Since being diagnosed she has lost 20 pounds, she's not able to work and can barely get around without being in pain. Forget sports or staying active. Impossible.
Within the past month her condition has gotten much worse and she is currently in the hospital. She has been unable to move around on her own, as well as suffering from very high fevers, a swollen liver, trouble breathing, and extreme joint pain. The doctors are calling her a "medical mystery." She has gone through numerous tests and the medical bills are more than her and her family can afford, even with her medical insurance. 

This disease has been extremely debilitating and I am reaching out to everyone to see if we can help Christine and her family. Any bit would help greatly. Thank you so much!
