Funds towards living expenses

I may be kicked out of my current housing and will need money to help pay rent or for a hostel. I'm looking for a job at the moment and already have things organized for my cats. The total cost for the hostel is the $3700 for the four months I would need to stay there. I am already planning to sell many items I do not need. Unfortunately, my roommate called animal control and one of my cats in in custody of animal services, to get her back is $300 but that price will only go up due to the boarding fee the animal services require.
