A fresh start for my family

Unfortunately we currently live in an unhappy and sometimes even abusive home. I'm a 32 male and my daughter is 5. Finding help for an abused male is virtually impossible as the stigma attached to domestic violence is always about the guy being stronger. I want to get my daughter and myself out, into our own home and away from the anger and drama. I know the road ahead of me is going to be filled with court battles and unsettling moves for my daughter, but I feel this will be better than the war zone that she lives in now.

Expected fees include:
Legal fees (which will be the bulk of the cost), fees for breaking my current lease as I can't afford the current home on my own, moving expenses, new home furnishings and some comfort items for my daughter. Other items will surely come into play that I don't anticipate as I'm not sure what is to come.
