To animal lover across the nation. Police shootings involving dogs are drastically on the rise. Fisher was just one of these victims. Fisher
was shot by a deputy who claimed he was aggressive. However eye witness statements as well as video proves otherwise. The sad thing is that the deputy was justified leaving it up to the owners to pursue justice. This pursuit is going to be very expensive thus is why I established this fund.
